Things that made me happy in the month of November

I really want to try to reflect more and be more greatful for all of the great things in my life. I want to try and share 3 things each month that brought joy to my heart!

1. Watching my kids play, learn and interact at school. How cute is my daughter’s art work in her journal? The first photo is her daddy on a train. β™‘

2. Helping my step dad preserve his Vietnam memories. He’s a warrior with PTSD and I’m making him a book with photos he can keep and share. Being able to go through his memories and look at the things that meant something to him and help shape him into the person that he is means so much to me.

3. Being gifted my mom’s Christmas village.

I inherited my love for Christmas from my mom. She had always decorated the house so beautifully and so festively! I am now able to do that for my children and create memories of our home all decked out for them as well. When she gifted me her Village last week, it made me so happy! Once I got them all put up and turn the lights on, they looked so beautiful. My kids love it! I hope that I can keep them protected for many years to come as I pack and unpack them each year.

I’d love to hear what some of your favorite moments were this month as well!

XO XO,

Brandy
